Welcome to Spanish Grant (Bayside)

​The Spanish Grant Civic Association (Bayside) is dedicated to enforcing community regulations and policies to preserve home values and ensure safety within the community.   The Board of Directors (BOD) consists of five (5) members and standing committees, as needed.   Currently those committees are: Architectural Control, Navigation, Trailer Park, Landscaping, and Social.

At our October meeting, we appointed new board members to fill our vacancy.  Board meetings are now held Quarterly (next regular meeting will be January 2026), plus one Annual Homeowner Meeting in October.  Please check with a Board Member, if you would like to join a meeting. 

Spanish Grant Civic Association, Sec. 1 & 2 (Bayside) is a separate entity from Spanish Grant on the Beach.  This includes a separate Board, Committee(s), Deed Restrictions, and By-Laws.
