The Due Date for voting on the proposed updated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCRs) has been extended to Monday, September 30. As of Sept 4, we only have completed ballots from 40% of the Community, so we're extending the deadline to the end of the month to hopefully obtain a more complete representation of the Community.
The Annual Homeowners Meeting will be October 19, 10am to Noon at the Courtyard by Marriott on the Seawall. VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED to backfill Civic Association Board roles!!
Because of a few unplanned prior resignations (due to health or time limitations), Terms for all of the current Board members are ending in mid-October, and none are planning to seek re-election. Please volunteer!!!
